Dear chen:

   Last month said “earthquake will frequently occur in the world recent period,mainly pay close attention to Europe and America area” when we talked on phone.This mean the earth are in a quake-prone time.

   Also declared at same time that could not talk about domestic place include Taiwan, why?in my 2006’s blog already explained very clearly that predicting earthquake in our country is illegal. Chinese law does not allow it.

   But predicting foreign countries in our country will not break our country’s law.

   Although knew significant things of our country fully but avoided to talk it, or talked it in general terms, or metaphorical it.

    上个月和大家语音时说的“世界上近期地震会频发，主要关注欧美地区”。意思是近期地球处于地震频发期。

    并声明国内包括台湾我们不能说，为什么？在2006年我的博文里已经声明了，做国内的地震预测是违法行为，中国法律不允许。

但在国内怎么预言外国都可以，不违反中国法律。

    明明知道国内的大事件也避而不谈，或笼统说之或者暗喻。
